Not bad! I can feel similarities with arctic eggs, don't know if intended. Is it possible that your main intention was to pick it up with the mouse instead of using E? Anyways, I liked it, although I hadn't see a lot of motivation to keep playing and it was kinda annoying that I kept hitting the table when trying to throw the fish to the plates.
I haven't seen Artic Eggs before, but seeing it now it's definitely similar in terms of the aesthetics, general premise and gameplay. Funny how that works. Good find!
Picking things up by using the mouse to move the spatula under things was the main way of interacting with the food from the beginning, but I added a more reliable way of picking up food as it wasn't reliable enough when speed was needed and the physics didn't behave in a reliable way. The goal is to combine the two ways of interacting into one that has both reliability in usage and physics-based movement.
The lack of motivation to continue playing is something I'm aware of. Among other features, the plan was to have different upgrades and skills to buy using money that you earn, but it none of those systems made it in.
Lastly, I agree on the throwing fish isn't as good as it can be. It needs more polish and a proper indicator of where the fish will land.
I honestly think you should go on and keep the direction of "rage game" with that pinch of frustration, and I really think you have good stuff there. Also play arctic eggs it's amazing!
Thank you for trying my game! If I may ask, what kind of input device were you using? The game has primarily been tested with mouse and gamepad, both of which should work fine. However, I had another report of being unable to turn the camera with a Macbook's touchpad. It's something I'll look into fixing.
When you're able to turn the camera there's a red button next to the grill which when pressed will make customers turn up after after 10 seconds. I admit I should taken the the time to make an ingame tutorial to explain everything better.

I kept waiting and no one came. Also, I couldn't turn the camera view.

yeah, I’m using a Macbook with a touchpad, so I guess it’s a known bug already.
